Scott's love of music and dance, led him to New York, and yielded an 18 year career on the stage. After suffering an injury, which paused his career, he detoured through months of Physical Therapy… in less than 5 months he was back up and hoofing on the stage in a lead role. It was this that led him to want to help others strengthen both their bodies and minds. 

Lauren Bustos

Lauren is a former professional soccer player turned certified fitness trainer.  Her experience as a top female athlete motivated her to pursue a career as a professional fitness trainer. Lauren’s primary focus is that all her clients learn and perform proper form. She’s a fierce advocator for the benefits of functional movement, strength and conditioning, and resistance training.
 
 

Veronika Cohen

Veronika Cohen, originally from the west coast, is a NASM CPT AND CES coach. With a dance background, she always brings a mix of strength and mobility into her classes. Expect to hear some tropical and light house music in her class.

John Thornhill

John Thornhill has nearly a decade of experience teaching group fitness in NYC. His certifications include ACE CPT, UESCA & Schwinn Cycling. He has a passion for combining movement, music and motivation. If you want to lift heavy when the beat drops to hard hitting electro beats and pop remixes, take his class.
Our Full Body classes targets every major muscle group with true weight training exercises. By keeping your muscles under tension and consistently challenging yourself with heavier weights you will transform your body. Allow our instructors to educate and inspire you to lift safely and get results. If you are new to weight training this is the class for you. You will learn the technique to make sure you do not get injured. Working your entire body with big weights exercises not only is an efficient way to lift but it also helps develop your mind body connection.
