Scott Leiendecker
Scott's love of music and dance, led him to New York, and yielded an 18 year career on the stage. After suffering an injury, which paused his career, he detoured through months of Physical Therapy… in less than 5 months he was back up and hoofing on the stage in a lead role. It was this that led him to want to help others strengthen both their bodies and minds.

Let our instructors guide you how to lift safely and effectively. No impact, no injuries, just a toned, lean lower body. We complete each exercise 2-3 times so you have the opportunity to adjust your weights between each set. By increasing your weights even just a few pounds you will stress your muscle, which will adapt, get bigger and stronger. The overall result is that you feel stronger and look leaner.
