Sylvia Borowska

Sylvia’s passion and drive for fitness comes from personal experience. Through fitness Sylvia found her own confidence and identity and she wants to help others do the same. Her goal is to prove to others that they are stronger and capable of much more than they believe.

Hannah Jew

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Hannah is a professional dancer and dance/fitness instructor based in NYC. She discovered Liftonic in 2018 and it quickly became her favorite form of cross-training to supplement her dancing. She felt stronger, saw results and most importantly had fun each time she was there! Honored to be approached by founder/owner Radan Sturm to teach the Liftonic method, Hannah is excited to be able to share her favorite form of cross-training as an instructor now. A focus on form, great music and building strength is what you’ll get in Hannah’s class!

Kyle Flett

Kyle is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a passion to help clients reach their highest potential in and out of the studio. He emphasizes a balanced and consistent approach to fitness that helps his clients obtain long lasting results.

Madisen Nielsen

Madisen is a New York City based group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and professional dancer. She has a B.F.A in Dance from Stephens College, and is also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Madisen has been helping people from beginners to athletes reach new strength and fitness goals since 2018. Madisen is excited to continue her journey as an instructor at Liftonic. Her class is form and music driven with the added challenge of heavy weights. She can’t wait to see you in class!

Scott Leiendecker

Scott's love of music and dance, led him to New York, and yielded an 18 year career on the stage. After suffering an injury, which paused his career, he detoured through months of Physical Therapy… in less than 5 months he was back up and hoofing on the stage in a lead role. It was this that led him to want to help others strengthen both their bodies and minds. 
Target all three area of the shoulders with exercise such as; shoulder press, laterals, reverse fly, and more. Combine it with killer abs and core movements for an intense weight training class.
